1. What is Paint?
Ans: Paint is a program which helps us to draw pictures
and fill color in it.

computer?
Ans: The various steps to open Paint in computer are,
Step 1: Click on Start button
Step 2: Go to All Programs
Step 3: Click on Accessories and then
Step 4: Click on Paint.

Ans: The different components of a Paint window are,

4. What does Quick Access Tool bar contain?


Ans: Quick Access Tool bar contains command buttons
which are used frequently, such as Save, Undo,
Redo etc.
5. What is Title bar?
Ans: The Title bar is a horizontal bar located at the top of
a window. It displays the name of your drawing file
and program.

6. What does Ribbon contain?


Ans: All the tools, the color box and most commands are
grouped together in the ribbon.

7. Name the area that is used for drawing and coloring


in Paint.
Ans: Drawing Area.

8. What is the use of a Vertical scroll bar?


Ans: The Vertical Scrollbar moves the Paint window up
and down as it allows us to see the unseen part of
the window.

9. What is the use of a Horizontal scroll bar?


Ans: The Horizontal Scrollbar helps us to move the Paint
window from left to right.
