    RMA Acknowledgement Conditions

    - Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the Return Material Authorization sheet and the RMA# must be clearly marked on the return carton(s)
    marked on the shipping invoice or both.
    - Returned items will NOT be accepted unless they are on the issued RMA.
    - Returned items must be shipped within 14 days from RMA receipt.
    - Returned items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is opened, all the assembly components must be returned complete.
    - Returned items which are supplied in heat sealed bags and have end caps installed must be returned with the caps in place in the sealed bags.
    - Returned items which are supplied in heat sealed bags and in cel divided cartons must be returned in their original packaging in the sealed bags.
    - Returned items which are heavy should be boxed, shrink wrapped, or otherwise protected, and banded to a pallet in such manner that will not be damaged
    in transit.
    - Returned items must not be scratched, dented, contaminated or otherwise damaged due to improper storage, handling, or improper packing.
    - Credit processing may be subject to review if any of the conditions noted are not met.
    - Failure to comply with any of the return conditions may result in full or partial denial of credit. The evaluation and decision of Atlas Copco Compressors will
    be final.
    - All CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE RMAs may be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original invoice amount. This will depend on: The items
    on the RMA, Their order value, and the conditions they are received in.
