5. Diagnostico

According to what was identified and observed in the article, it is evident that the foreign economy
was driven by dialogues and coordination of the private sector where the macroeconomic
normalization was reflected, which focused on the deregulation of the international market,
therefore the negotiation administration was simplified, for ARGENTINA and MEXICO some relevant
reforms to improve the investment and innovation environment were not addressed and other
aspects were put on the back burner.

It was also evident that the ministries of modernization, production and the tax authority have
improved in the administrative part, facilitating new projects and business activity.

On the other hand, the 4th industrial revolution is underway and will have a significant economic
impact on the country of Brazil, which is often called Industry 4.0.
6. PURPOSE AND USE OF BENCHMARKING

Benchmarking looks for and compares products and services with a leading company in the same
sector, in order to learn what the leaders are doing and then implement it in your company to
improve the products and services you offer.

This time the opportunity came to Latin American countries where they make a comparison and a
systematic process of products, services, industrial processes of textile, footwear and appliances
showing the evolution of industry 4.0 and seeing that several countries are affected by the economic
inflation of these sectors such as Nicaragua, Ecuador, Venezuela, Bolivia and others, while a couple
of countries have a low percentage of inflation enriched by benchmarking such as Peru and Chile.
