Call for one job position:

Programme Director
in the INTERREG IVC / EUROPE Joint Secretariat in Lille (France)

INTERREG EUROPE is a Europe-wide funding programme. The objective is to reinforce the

effectiveness of cohesion policy by promoting exchange of experience focusing on thematic objectives
among partners throughout the Union, with a view to their transfer principally to operational
programmes under the Investment for growth and jobs goal, but also when relevant, to European
Territorial Cooperation programmes. INTERREG EUROPE is co-financed by the European Regional
Development Fund. To implement the INTERREG EUROPE programme a Programme Secretariat has

The programme INTERREG EUROPE is looking for a Director.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
The position is based on a contract under French law. Contract will be made between the individual
and the GECOTTI, on behalf of the Région Nord - Pas de Calais, Managing Authority of the
programme. The corresponding assignment is based on long term contract and is expected to
start in July 2015. The position is in Lille (France).

REMUNERATION PACKAGE
The Secretariat offers a competitive salary along with comprehensive medical cover and pension plan.
Salary: Starting from EUR 6955 Gross, EUR 5340 net (before French income tax and approximately
EUR 4375 per month after tax and charges for a single person without children living in France – not
binding).
Location: INTERREG EUROPE / INTERREG IVC Joint Secretariat, Les Arcuriales – 45, rue de Tournai,
entrée D, 59000 Lille, France
Expected starting date: July 2015
