LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LAURENE ASHLEY S. QUIROS, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Filomena St.,
Sta. Rosa, Aurora, Isabela, being sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, undue
influence, violence, intimidation or fraud of whatever nature, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament in English, a language known to me, as follows:

1. I desire that my remains be buried alongside my ancestors in Aurora Cemetery according to the rites of
the Roman Catholic Church.

2. I give and bequeath to my Sunlife Insurance Life Plan to my parents, Perlita S. Quiros and Mario II G.
Quiros, all the monetary benefits arise from my life plan. I also bequeath to my parents my
Condominium Unit located in 54 Mayon St. Sun Residence, Quezon City and all my belongings
thereof.

3. To my dear sister, Shaine Marley S. Quiros, I give and bequeath all my jewelries and personal
belongings in our rental home in 511 Prudencio St., Barangay 443, Sampaloc, Manila. I also give all my
savings and current bank accounts under my name.

4. To my dear brothers, Earl Omar S. Quiros and Carl Marriel S. Quiros, I give and bequeath my 2 cattle
(one for each) located in Barangay Bannagao, Aurora, Isabela.

5. I hereby appoint HILLARY JOY M. RUFINO as the sole executor of this my Last Will and
Testament, without bond.

6. I hereby revoke and cancel any and all wills and codicils by me heretofore made.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 10 th of October, 2021 in Manila,
Philipppines.

The foregoing instrument, which is ordained, published, and declared to be the Last Will and Testament of
LAURENE ASHLEY S. QUIROS, consisting of one (1) page, all consecutively numbered in letters, has on the
date thereof been signed and subscribed by the aforenamed testator in the presence of us who, at his/her express
direction and in his/her presence and in the presence of one another, have likewise signed our names jointly with
him/her upon each and every page thereof, and subscribed hereunder as witnesses thereto and in attestation thereof.

and sealed with my notarial seal.
