We decided to make our opening and closing time at this time simply
because since most of our customers will be students, and the school time
mostly starts at 7:00 am in the morning, the students who want to have
snacks and do some backlogs before going to school, our shop will be a
perfect place to go. As well as, we decided to close at 9:00 pm since students
are out at 7 ish in the evening, so if they want to eat with their friends before
going home or maybe they have some things to discuss first while having
snacks too, our place is also a good location to be in.

blended or beaten to produce a tasty, foamy, and refreshing drink.

- After posting that our business is hiring, all the applicants will be interviewed
one-on-one and we’ll read their resume. Do some background checks and
then 1 week training, if they can fulfill their job properly at that specific
position they’re applying for, then they are hired. We’ll also look if they have
hospitality and patience.

Our attorney in our coffee shop will be Joan Roshen M. Duñas of Ocampo Manalo Valdez
and Lim law firm. We choose her because she earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce
with a major in Legal Management from De La Salle University in 2009 and one of the best
attorney in their firm. We also choose Ocampo Manalo Valdez and Lim law firm because
They're most recognized for its law firm, which is regarded as one of the best in the industry.
The firm maintains an outstanding array of clients, both domestically and internationally. It
helps businesses all over the value chain, and it's known for its "expertise," "practical

Our account in our coffee shop will be Hannah Joy Obiano of SGV & Co. accountant firm.
We choose her because she’s a certified Public Accountant with about 7 years of
experience in financial accounting, auditing, and taxation and worked in a range of
industries. We choose SGV & Co. firm because they is ranked No. 1 in the Philippines as
the best accounting and auditing firm and they have a long history of serving a number of
well-known brands and corporations around the country. They provide professional services
such as assurance, tax, advisory, and transaction advisory services through their skilled
professionals, state-of-the-art facilities, and trusted international network.

SWOT Analysis
In our weaknesses we're new to industry, Financial support, Not expanding as fast, No
experience and the last one is the Organizational. In the first one, since we are new to
industry our business are not that famous or many people didn't know our new
established business so that we should fulfill this kind of our weaknesses. The second
one is the Financial, we don't have any big money left for us since we spend it to
establish our new build business it means that we need to sell our products to make an
income and make our business profitability and give our staff salary, buy more raw
materials for our products and more that's why we need more financial support. The
Not expanding as fast is also our weakness for the reason that our business are not
that known by many people so we need to fulfill this to expand more our marketing
services and products, and since we are in pandemic many people or students can't
go to our store so that it can't easily to expand our business. The second to the last
one is the No experience, since we are new established business we have no
experience in operating our business as a start up so we need a guide to handle our
business and make it profitable. The last one is the Organizational, in this weaknesses
we need to train our new staff for the operation so that they can handle their jobs and
do it perfectly, since we are start up business we also need to gain more experience
just to guide them and teach them how to do it.
In our opportunities we have Grow customer loyalty, Add more product line extensions,
Demand for home delivery services, Attract new customers through special offers,
Build stronger customer relationships. The grow customer loyalty offering rewards to
customers who continue to purchase from them, by building preference for their
products or services or by strengthening relationships, we can build this by giving our
best to our customers. The Add more product line extensions, our customers may be
craving something new or different, we need to move forward and expand our product
lines or offer additional services, and we will sure to conduct thorough research. The
Demand for home delivery services, we offer to our customers the home delivery
services for them to make less hassle to them and that it is the very speedy delivery of
a product after you have placed your order. The second to the last is we Attract new
customers through special offers, we offer them a new products to attract them and
have satisfaction on our products or we give them a discount to buy a lot in our
products consumers today are still looking for value and deals. The last one is the
Build stronger customer relationships, we communicate to our customers because it's
essential and important promoting your business and listening to your customers are
equally important we will ask them a feedback to our performance, customer feedback
helps us to provide customers’ specific needs so you can find the best solutions to
their problems. The better your offering meets their needs, the more your business will

Financials
1. The total investment required is:
For us, we discussed how much money we will invest for our project. Since our
business is about coffee and books, we want our business to look like aesthetic, fresh
and calming. We estimate that for about 2-3 million pesos.We also discussed that we
will buy a lot for our project, we estimate that it’s about 2-3 million pesos. For the rest of
the money is for the designs, additional expenses like bills, suppliers, etc. The reason
why we have a large amount of investment is that because, we want to have a high
quality materials since we aim to have aesthetic and Instagramable vibes.
The bank that we would like to work with is BDO ( Banco De Oro Unibank, Inc ),
because We want to have easier offline access to our bank accounts. BDO’s access to
stock market is made easier and our business don't have to open an account with a
securities brokerage firm like COL Financial and wait days for it to be approved.. The
other reason why we want BDO is because of their full service that can provide for our
business.
