• At the beginning

– Students choose the research field for project and discuss with supervisor about project
– Supervisor fills the general information
– Supervisor assigns the project works for each week
– Supervisor and student sign on the form
• During the project period
– Students report weekly to supervisor. The supervisor gives comments and signs to confirm.

– Supervisor evaluates student’s work and signs
