Family Case Analysis

INTRODUCTION
A. Brief hx of the family
Family Tiamzon is composed of 6 members. Mr. Allan is an OFW and the head of the family, he has a wife named Mrs. Rosa and
they had 2 daughters named Kim, and her sibling Vlial (student nurse). Aside from that, Mrs. Rosa’s has a younger brother named
Mr. Raf along with their parents Mrs. Sonia and Mr. Erning.
B. Objectives of the study
The purpose of this study is to determine the possible health conditions and risk factors that may affect the family’s way of living.
Promote comprehensive nursing management to improve the family’s health status and help the family to become independent in
maintaining their state of well-being.
C. Importance of the study
This study aims to:
 Family- Promote awareness in the family which helps to prevent possible health problems and maintain their health status.
 Nursing students- Expand the knowledge on certain fields of information which will be able to utilize this study as a basis for the
nursing students who seek to conduct the same study.
 Community- Promote greatest health benefits and reduces the factors that can affect the health of the greatest number of people.
