This property is Ancestral and Gifted in nature. Nakinaboyina Lavanya acquired the
property from Nakinaboyina Suresh, S/o Sambayya., executed a Gift Deed with Regd Doc No.
2264/2021, on dt.16/12/2021 infavour of Smt. Nakinaboyina Lavanya. Nakinaboyina Suresh, S/o
Sambayya., Possessed the entire property on 16/12/2021 and handed over the schedule property
on the same day. As per the available documents and recitals in the documents Nakinaboyina
Lavanya is the Owner of the property and enjoying the schedule mentioned property without
interruption from the date of Settlement to till date. Possession and Enjoyment Certificate issued
