having ownership the property through a Regd Sale Deed with Registration No. 1015/2020, dt.
11/02/2020 registered before Gudivada Sub Registrar.

This property is Self-Acquired in nature. Budharapu Harika acquired the property from
Gade Rajeshwar Rao, S/o Sattaiah., executed a Sale Deed with Regd Doc No. 1015/2020, on
dt.11/02/2020 infavour of Smt. Budharapu Harika. Gade Rajeshwar Rao, S/o Sattaiah., Possessed
the entire property on 11/02/2020 and handed over the schedule property on the same day. As
per the available documents and recitals in the documents Budharapu Harika is the Owner of the
property and enjoying the schedule mentioned property without interruption from the date of
Sale to till date. Possession and Enjoyment Certificate issued by Village Revenue Officer/Mucipal
Commissioner/Concerned Authority, D.No.Plot No.23, Sy no. 302, Rajarampally Village,Endapalli
Velgatur Mandal, Karimnagar District., Telangana State, on 02/03/2022 for 15 years and above in
break-up. This Certificate issued in favour of Budharapu Harika. Adangal/Pahani Copy enclosed,
Which shows the adverse hold-ship of previous encumbrances from the year of 2005-06 before it was
converted. Presently Budharapu Harika having an extent of 238 Sq Yards. She was in peaceful
possession and enjoyment of the schedule property without interruption till date.
