having ownership the property through a Regd Sale Deed with Registration No. 5543/2020, dt.
This property is Self-Acquired in nature. Badeti Rambabu acquired the property from
Dasari Venkataramana,S/o(Late)Ramaiah, executed a Sale Deed with Regd Doc No. 5543/2020, on
Possessed the entire property on 08/06/2020 and handed over the schedule property on the same
day. As per the available documents and recitals in the documents Badeti Rambabu is the Owner of
the property and enjoying the schedule mentioned property without interruption from the date of
Sale to till date. Possession and Enjoyment Certificate issued by Village Revenue Officer/Mucipal
Town,Dornakal Mandal, Mahabubabad District, on 25/02/2022 for 15 years and above. This
Certificate issued in favour of Badeti Rambabu. Presently Badeti Rambabu having an extent of 152
Sq Yards. He was in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule property without
interruption till date. This report issued for the comfort of the concerned branch manager also.
