 Customized AUTODYN Startup
• Change startup options
– by using the Options -> Default Settings pull-down
menu
– by directly editing the file autodyn.ini
• If you have any visualization problems, particularly
with creating and viewing slides / animations, turn off
the two Hardware Acceleration Settings

 Interactive Animations (GFA)
• Create a single 3D image or a sequence or 3D images
– No compose options
– GFA animation is created immediately following the Animation
capture of the single image or the sequence of images
– .gfa file extension

• Playback using the AD ANSYS Viewer

– During playback
• Zoom
• Rotate
• Translate
