I am genuinely grateful that your institution has considered my application for the
Instructor 1 – Guidance and Counseling position. Indeed, I will give my best to perform
the duties and responsibilities of the position accorded to me.

Last August 31, 2021, I was informed by Ms. Edna Cenita, Human Resource Officer,
that I will start teaching in your institution starting the month of September.
I was offered the Part-Time Lecturer status since I am still connected with Cor Jesu
College, Inc. My service with them will end on September 30, 2021.

In this regard, I would like to ask for your approval in allowing me to render service in
your institution on a Work-from-Home Arrangement. This will allow me to conduct online
classes despite my current work schedule. Rest assured that I will continue to maintain
excellent teaching quality and instructional delivery as you grant my humble request.
