drawing can be outdated as the station is located differently now.

*The drawing and masterplan scale model is likely created before

DUKE2 and MRT2 was completed. Because the station location has
3 moved slightly to the east. Also the high DUKE2 “U-turn” flyover is
missing from the drawing.

You can also see the thick black line which represents the proposed
pedestrian walkway from Damansara Avenue to the MRT2 station.

the star symbol represents the hypothetical connection point of

this “Proposed Flyover from MRR2 Highway” based on the info,
which is also problematic and the main concern that is highlighted
and discussed in this Powerpoint. A counter-proposal is mentioned.
Updated masterplan and road proposals shown during a TA Global roadshow (2019- )

The “Proposed Flyover from

MRR2 Highway” alignment
appears to remain the same.

The key updates are the

MRT2 station location, the
extended pedestrian walkway
to MRT2 & the DUKE2 “U-
turn” flyover is added.

In the counter proposal,

Coming from MRR2, we first enter 6a, and then follows through to enter the flyover
to DA (alt alignment). Skipping the bottleneck and the traffic jam in that stretch of 2a

Coming from DUKE2, we first enter 6a, and then follows through to enter the flyover
to DA (alt alignment). Also, skipping the bottleneck and the traffic jam in that stretch
of 2a

This counter proposal 1st requires DA to move the final stretch of the exiting 6a road
that right turn into SD1-5 to the immediate side. The move is very easy to do as there
is an empty plot of land to is more than enough space to fit the width and height
clearance for the 6a right turn (shown in orange coloured shading).

The counter proposal then requires DA to build the flyover to DA following the
existing moved 6a alignment (shown in blue coloured shading). There is sufficient
width and length clearance for the flyover to clear the existing LDP to 2b flyover ramp
(labelled 4).

In fact, the exact height for clearance and width can follow the 2a flyover (shown in
Counter-proposal to align the red coloured shading), which is above the same roads that the flyover to DA need to
