Specification:

Lifetime for the roof construction frameworks is aprox. 70-80 years. The lifespan of the
framework depends on the integrity of the exterior roof cladding.
A pigmented resin layer has been chosen as the roof cladding material, this decision is
based on the fact that we’re having a flat roof and this top layer would provide a minimum
amount of maintenance.
On the interior side of the roof, insulation has been added in order to break the thermal
conductivity and meet the requirements concerning fire protection.
The primary loadbearing framework is the 45x200 mm timber joists grid, as well as
structural insulated panes on top of it which, will ensure a proper stability in the roof
construction.
