• Application : Application form should be sent to training center at least 14 days prior to the start date of
a scheduled training session. (E-mail Address : trainingcenter@samsungmedison.com)
• Confirmation Letter & Invoice : You will receive an invitation letter with course details such as invoice for
the payment and location of local accommodation.
• Deposit : All the trainees should deposit training fee at least 7 days prior to the start date of a scheduled
training session

Policies and Terms
Attendance
• All the trainees are required to arrive on time for the scheduled training session.
• In case of “no-show”, we are not eligible for reimbursement. so If you are not planning to attend the training
for any reasons, please change your schedule within 7 days prior to the scheduled training session.
• In order to receive certificates for courses ;
- Every trainee must be present for the duration of the course and pass a course test and other things
to be certified.
Low enrollment
Samsung has authority to cancel training courses due to low enrollment.
• If the number of participants is under three by 11 days prior to the scheduled date , training course will be cancelled
In that case , we will notify the cancellation of the scheduled training course prior to 10 days.
• In order to be held on training courses :
- The minimum number of participants is four
- The maximum number is eight
Cancellation
Samsung reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any courses two weeks prior to the start of the course due to low
enrollment conditions or any inevitable reasons .
• Two weeks prior to the beginning :
- its cancellation notification will be provided to the participant(s) to inform them of that the training course was can
celled. Otherwise, the training session will take place as scheduled.
• One week prior to the beginning :
- If the participants need to cancel the registration to a training course , Please send the cancellation information via
to our representative email.
Email(trainingcenter@samsungmedison.com) 7 days before.
• No-show :
- If a registered participant did not attend the course without cancellation one week earlier than the training start
date, there will be no refund of training fee deposit.
Policies and Terms
Safety Regulations
• Before attending any Digital Radiography training course, Please make sure to bring the safety toe shoes for
protecting your feet.
• Every participant who attends the DR training courses has to complete the safety regulation lecture at Training
Center.
Attendee’s Requirements
• If you would like to attend digital radiography system courses , Please bring your laptop for training sessions .
• Trainers may provide training materials as softcopies in an USB memory stick.
• Some courses require the websites access such as GSPN(Global Samsung Partner Network) and
RMS(Remote Maintenance System).

Preliminary Course Digital Radiography
Course description Course syllabus

This course is specially designed to Level 1 engineer(New hired employee). This course’s main points are all of
basic about X-ray systems. This course purpose is minimum knowledge for beginners to attend Samsung
service training
