SCHOOL MONITORING, EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT IN THE


LDM IMPLEMENTED
ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

The Covid-19 pandemic is a huge challenge to Philippine Educational System. The


pandemic situation is affecting the lives of many students and families. The Department of
Education prepares the school, teachers, learners and parents in adapting the so called New
Normal in the New System Modular Learning Delivery Modality.

Sinayawan Central School implemented Modular Distance Learning for SPED,


Kindergarten and Grades 1 to 6. Based on the School monitoring, Evaluation and Plan
Adjustment (SMEA), the school has fully implemented the School Learning Continuity Plan
(LCP).

Based on the data, there are 100% of learning packages were distributed and 80% of
SLMs were checked and evaluated.

In terms of community partnership, stakeholders gave 100% of support on the


implementation of LDM.
