    The 3-2-1 Exit Slip is a brief assignment that learners must accomplish after
    learning a particular lesson in Modular or Online Distance Learning Modality.
    It is a type of writing that summarizes what they learned in class. This is also
    one way of tracking the learners’ performance while face-to-face learning is not
    allowed.
    The prompts may be sent to learners via SMS or posted in the Class’ Facebook
    Page, Google Classroom and other platforms available.

    Note: This form is for learners enrolled in the Modular Distance Learning Modality.
