Terms and Condition

-The Upper Room Creatives is the Author/Company of every shot.


-The Client is the person or organisation to whom the invoice is addressed.
-These terms and conditions represent the entirety of the agreement between Upper Room Creatives
and the Client. Any variation is only applicable when agreed in advance and in writing;
-The client agree to provide foods for the team during their working hours.
-The client will designate a comfy place for the team for the safety of every valuable thing to be used for
the event
-The Client agree to help the company promote their Facebook page and other social media account
Copyright and Ownership of Materials
-The entire copyright in the pictures is retained by the company.
-Title to all photographs remains the property of the Company and its team.
-The Philippine copyright law or officially known as the Republic Act No. 8293 is based on the copyright
law of the United States. The Philippine copyright law also protects trademarks, patents and even
various forms of intellectual property. You might have also heard about the Optical Media Act, which
aims to protect local artists against piracy.
Booking and Cancellation
-The Client will be required to complete a Booking Form; the booking will then be considered Confirmed.
-Once the Client has made a booking for a specific time and date and this date/time has been
Confirmed, Upper Room Creatives will not accept any other work from other clients for those times and
dates;
-As a result, once a booking is Confirmed, if it is subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee will be
charged to the client, When a client cancels booking within less than 5 days of any confirmed date, a fee
of 75% of the booked package rate will be charged; In addition to this cancellation fee, the client will be
charged for any expenses already incurred by Upper Room Creatives.
