I invite kind attention to the references l"t to 7tt cited, the Government have
[ccorded permission to frll up t]re sanctioned existing vacancies and newly created
additional posts of certain Paramedical Staff / Others on Outsourcing f Contract basis
in all teaching hospitals and Colleges under ttre administrative control of the Director
of Medical Education, A.P., Vijayawada, for functioning and effective delivery of health
services. (Copies of the references are herewith enclosed).

In view of the above, all the Superintendents/ Principals of Government Medical
Colleges and Teaching Hospitals, are requested to fill up tl.e above said posts
(Paramedical / Other posts) on Outsourcing/Contract basis through District Selection
Committee and maintain Merit and Rule of Reservation in the recruitment processes,
and should follow the conditions mentioned in the references scrupulously. The
conditions are given below,

a. A11 the posts annexed to this order shall be lrlled on Contract / Out sourcing
basis as appropriate, duly following the competitive process.

b. The consolidated pay for the posts which are being filled up on Contract
basis shall be applicable in the orders issued in the G.O.MsNo.27
HM&FW(G1) Dept,Dt. 16-03-20 18.

c. A11 Paramedical/DEO/Others posts should be frlled up on Outsourcing
basis.

d. The Head of the Departments concerned sha-ll phase out the above
t recruitment, in all the cadres, to ensure smooth ca-reer progression without
stagnation.

e. The Principals / Superintendents concerned shall ensure that recruitment

should be taken up in such a manner that no post shall be vacant in any
Teaching institution.

f. The remuneration for the posts which are being frlled up on Outsourcing
basis shzrll be applicable as per orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.151, Finance
(HR-I, PLG &Policy) Dept., Dated.O8.08.2016.

g. Weightage should be calculated as per G.O.Rt.No. 301 HM&FW (BI) Dept,

Dt. 16-06-2020 and G.O.Rt.No.2 1 I HM&FW(B2) Dept,O8-05-2O2 1.

Further, all the Superintendents/ Principats of Government Medical Colleges

and Teaching Hospitals, are instructed to follow the following schedule in processing
and completing the recruitment.

In this connection, it is hereby instructed to complete the recruitment process

stricfly as per the schedule stated above and see that tle persons appointed to various
cadres are positioned in Government Medical Colleges and Teaching Hospitals by
L7-OL-2O22 positively in view of administrative exigencies. The Superintendents of
GGH, Ananthapuram and Vijayawada are hereby instructed to complete the
recruitment process for both Government General Hospital and PMSSY Super
Speciality Hospital.

Therefore, all the Superintendents/Principals of Government Medical Colleges

and Teaching Hospitals, are requested to fill up the above said posts through District
Selection Committee and maintain Rule of Reservation in the recruitment processes,
and should follow the conditions mentioned in the references and send compliance a
report to this oflice.
