Terms and Condition Reservation

1. Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the front desk staff.
2. Room not occupied by 10:00pm will be considered as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
3. All reservations payments are non-refundable.
4. Guarantee by credit card: Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel two (2) days prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees.
5. Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least two
(2) days before arrival in order to avoid a charge of one (1) night’s stay to be imposed.
6. All guests must produce a valid ID card upon Check-in.
