How can you use your time to stay active?
Before the pandemic began, I used to take morning walk every 5:30 in the morning around the
subdivision on weekends. However, this regular routine was halted due to some strict quarantine
protocols and safety measures that we all need to abide in lowering the COVID-19 cases in our
country. At this moment, I'm doing few household chores whenever I have free time such as washing my
laundry, petting our dog, organizing my clothes or stuffs under my bed, or doing some community
volunteering works. With this being said, I am looking forward to enter a gym and stay inspired with the
What are some of the physical activities that can you indulge in to
help maintain your fitness level?
Indulging into new activities feels different to the first time you get started. With that, I'm planning to
try the combination of strength and balance as regards to moderate intensity workouts in maintaining
my fitness level at the current times. It is viewing the fact that I am already contented on how my body
up and strict lockdowns. Wherein, it only includes walking, household chores, and some gardening
activities most of the time. With that, I hope for a time where everything is back to normal.

Throughout the years, I always practice the habit of aiming high but starting low in adding something
new to my regular routine. Maybe, the five activities I would like to have is brisk walking, jumping rope
workouts, yoga, calisthenics exercises, and bicycling. After the pandemic, I am looking forward to do
these activities.
What tips can you give to college students who face eating
problems.
Now and then, I'm still in the process of keeping good nutrition and having a balanced diet. It is owing
to the fact that most of us are given a lot of choices. Wherein most of us are struggling to eliminate
unhealthy foods in our regular eating routines, such as burgers, pizza, and caffeinated drinks. Any tip I
could give to a Grade 10 student who is currently facing eating problems would be something about
loving yourself then taking everything easy and slow to gain sufficient willpower to succeed. Remember
