Institution. Candidates selected for admissions at ACS Medical College and Hospital, Velappanchavadi, should
report to the Dean between 9 AM and 4 PM. The following documents in original to be submitted at the time
of admission:

» NEET Admit card issued by CBSE
» NEET Result Letter
» Birth Certificate
» 10th Mark sheet
» 12th Mark sheet
» Aadhaar card Compulsory
» Transfer certificate
» Conduct certificate
» Community certificate ( if necessary)
» Migration certificate
» NRI Document (as per NRI Procedure)
» 10 Recent passport size photographs
Note: Candidates without original certificate / documents shall not be allowed to take admission. Candidates who have
deposited their original documents with any other institute / college / University and come for admission with a certificate
stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the institute / college / University” will not be allowed to take
admission.

Details of fees to be paid

» Tuition Fee : General Quota - Rs. 19,00,000/ Year
NRI Quota - Rs. 42,000 USD/ Year
» Hostel and Mess Fee : AC Room - Rs. 1,75,000/ Year
Non AC Room - Rs. 1,25,000/ Year

The above fees can be paid either by way of DD or through Online
