Activity 6: SEARCH AND DANCE
Directions: Watch the video thru the link below and do a demo dance after watching it. Read
carefully and answer the processing questions that follow thereafter. Write your answer in a
separate sheet.

- I felt exhausted but I literally enjoyed it. It was my first time to complete dance exercise with
the genre of HipHop. It was fast but I manage to execute all the dance steps.
2. Is it possible to incorporate any kind of dance into dance exercise? Why did you say so?
- Yes! We can make any dance into exercise as long as we are moving our body and we are
sweating. Folk dancing , Contemporary dancing and Ballroom are good exercise. It is just up
to the body of the performer which genre will he/she choose.
3. Aside from HipHop, what other forms of dance can be incorporated in a dance exercise?
- Ballroom and Salsa and many more, many well known personalities are using these genre as
their exercise. As along as we are moving and we are sweating

1. What are your reasons for not having a time in doing physical activities such as exercise and
dancing?
- Some of the reason for me are the technologies in this generations because when the days get
longer and longer the more out technologies got high tech and that’s the reason that some of
the people don’t have time for doing some physical activities
2. At this time of pandemic, how can dancing help you in relieving stress?
- Dancing can relive stress, because it’s considered as an exercise that can make people be
active and stress free, on these days there’s an app called Tiktok, you can do anything there.
They’re enjoying every step and making some joke and popular memes that converted into
sound the you need to lip-sync or any beats that is trend. You can learn it from the app and I
really sure it will help us/you to relieve stress because aside from you can dance there, you
can also make a video of you trying to capture your cute angles.
