Anthesis is available to provide additional support to Allstate and on an ad-hoc/on-call basis. For the purposes
of this SOW, additional support may be needed to gain internal approvals for formal target setting and public
communications. The level of effort required to get a target vetted, understood, refined, socialized and ultimately
approved by leadership is unique to each company. Additional support for completing SBTi documentation and
submission form, answering questions, etc. could also be utilized in this task.

In addition, additional support may be needed if it is determined that Scope 3 Investments are to be included in the
GHG inventory and science-based targets. Since this is a substantial undertaking it is recommended that a
separate scope of work be outlined and approved (beyond an ad-hoc level of effort).

We can also support a wide range of activities from supplier engagement, CSR reporting and strategy,
chemicals management, responding to the plastics challenge, and beyond. For more information on Anthesis
please visit our website.

where applicable.

H. Supplier shall participate in activities such as design reviews, quality reviews,

close) resource(s) information in Fieldglass to enable access for those
resources. Failure to register the company and/or maintain resource(s)
information will result in possible disruptions to conducting business with Allstate,
including resource(s) not being able to access Allstate's network and/or facilities to
complete assignments and/or the delay of Allstate processing and paying contracts
and invoices.

access. Re-gaining network access will require a new worker requisition, Statement
of Work, and/or work order be created and approved and a new Windows login
(NTID) to be issued. This can take up to a week and the supplier will not be paid for
time not worked due to lack of compliance.

deficiencies, and identify the extent to which any Services or deliverables need to be
refined, reworked, and completed to Allstate's satisfaction.
