Construct-Bedtime procrastination is a phenomenon in which a person stays up a little longer at
night doing some leisure interest or pastime. It is also defining the act simply as “failing to go to
bed at the intended time, while no external circumstances prevent a person from doing so.

STUDENTS BEDTIME PROCRASTINATION SCALE


The factors that interrupt and distract students to go to bed earlier. Having bedtime
procrastination may cause them to have difficulties in sleeping and may affect their academic
performances or even their physical activities
Factors Interrupt Students from sleeping on time these are the things that distract or gives
enjoyment to the students to the point that they forget that it's already time to sleep

1. I usually get up in bed at 7am and at
night I watch my favorite anime until
2am. That's why I'm only getting 5
hours of sleep.

1am in the morning and get only

abroad until 3am and wakes up to
attend the class with only 4 hours of
sleep.

4. Being the eldest sibling and also the


guardian of my little sister I normally
only get about 5 hours of sleep.

5. During hell week, due to the amount


of activities that we have to do, I sleep
late at night and only get 3-4 hours of
sleep.

6. Sometimes I read different stories


online that keep me awake until
midnight . That leaves me having a
short period of sleep, about 5hours.

probinsyano that's why I only got
4hours of sleep.

8.) When I watch Tiktok or other social


media platforms close to midnight, I
barely get 5 hours or less of sleep.

9.) I was able to overthink as the night


progressed, so I only slept for 3 hours.

10.) I am unable to fall asleep early, my


total sleep time has always been 7
hours or less.
