Reflection No.

Reflect on the Importance of a person’s context and his/her awareness of the

various problems in your community today? How do these problems affect your
daily life.

I am aware of the things going on lately. An infective virus had a breakout,

not only in our society but all over the world. Covid-19 affects every person's daily
life because of anxiousness. People are nervous about going out, but some people
go out, causing them to be affected by the virus. These problems can be addressed
by citizens when the Government can put up a great economy, and great
management. This crisis reminds us that we are truly global citizens; global health
has become more equitable, for all of the wrong reasons. For the first time in
decades, millions of us are facing the same health worries. I hope this is an
opportunity for more of us to understand health through other peoples’
perspectives. Hunger and loss of livelihoods are the most immediate concerns for
the communities we reached out to. Across countries, the closure of businesses and
non-essential industries due to lockdown and quarantine measures meant that
people were forced to temporarily stop working. Daily wage earners in the
informal sector including vendors, hawkers, transport drivers, and construction
workers were most affected. Several of our community partners have been further
affected because of the projects they have been resisting.

Covid is affecting my life but even though I'm happy with my family every
day is a new day like the quote when the sun is up there's hope. I learn something
about this pandemic that every day is special like the other family in the news their
father/mother died so I think every day is special. Because of this pandemic, I
should say there are many struggles but these struggles make us strong. They make
us more us we always do something that our family would be happy.
