2. FDA Status: Feed mil license required if the source of Amprolium contains more than 11.35 g/lb. (2.5%).
Regulations §558.55 and §558.95
CAUTION: Do not use in feeds containing bentonite. Do not change the litter while giving this feed unless absolutely
necessary. If losses exceed 0.5% in a 2-day period, obtain an accurate diagnosis and follow the
instructions of your veterinarian or poultry pathologist. Losses may result from intercurrent
disease or other conditions affecting drug intake, which can contribute to the virulence of coc-
cidiosis under field conditions.
LIMITATIONS FOR USE: Feed continuously as the sole ration. Use as sole source of Amprolium.
ANIMAL DRUG USE LEVEL INDICATIONS FOR USE
Chickens (broilers) Bambermycins 1-2 g/ton For prevention of coccidiosis caused by

10. FDA Status: Feed mill license required if the source of Nicarbazin contains more than 5.675 g/lb. (1.25%).
Regulations §558.95 and §558.366
WARNING STATEMENT REQUIRED: Withdraw 4 days before slaughter. Do not feed to laying hens. Do not use in flush-
ing mashes.
CAUTION: Do not use as a treatment for coccidiosis. Broiler chickens fed feed medicated with Nicarbazin may show
reduced heat tolerance when exposed to high temperatures and high ambient humidity to which
they have not been accustomed, and under severe conditions, fatalities may result. An ample
supply of drinking water and adequate ventilation will improve the birds’ tolerance of heat.
LIMITATIONS FOR USE: Feed continuously as sole ration from time chicks are placed on litter until past the time
when coccidiosis is ordinarily a hazard.
ANIMAL DRUG USE LEVEL INDICATIONS FOR USE
Chickens (broilers) Bambermycins 1-2 g/ton Increased rate of weight gain and
