DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH WIVER OF

RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate made and executed by and

among:

EULALIO JESUS S.A. GARCIA, widowed, MARIA MELODY GARCIA,

ISABELLE LOUISE S. GARCIA, BLAZER S. GARCIA single, all of legal age,
Filipino citizen, and residents of CADENA DE AMOR, ST. 037 ANDRES WILLAGE
PANAPAAN VI.

~WITNESSESTH~

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the only forced and legal heirs
of the late NELITA S. GARCIA (“Decedent”), who died intestate on
FEBRUARY 09, 2021 in ST. DOMINIC MEDICAL CENTER TALABA IV,
BACOOR CITY CAVITE, being the widowed husband and children of the said
decedent.

WHEREAS, at the time of his death, the decedent left a certain sum of
money deposited at the BPI FAMILY SAVINGS BANK, located in BACOOR CITY,
POBLACION under REGULAR Account No. 005747-1928-06; and

WHEREAS, there are no known debts or obligations due against the

estate of the decedent;

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

WHEREAS, We, MARIA MELODY S. GARCIA, BLAZER S. GARCIA

AND ISABELLE LOUISE S. GARCIA (whose personal circumstances is
mentioned above) has agreed and covenanted to WAIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY all
our shares and participation in the above describe money in favor of our father
EULALIO JESUS S.A. GARCIA of all legal age, widowed, Filipino citizen, and
resident of CADENA DE AMOR, ST. 037 ANDRES WILLAGE PANAPAAN VI.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand and
affix their signatures this 3rd day of March 2022, in City of Bacoor Cavite.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public in the City of BACOOR, personally appeared

the following persons, presenting to me as competent proofs of their identity, the
