INFORMATION

The Prosecution through the undersigned Public Prosecutor charges John Doe (male,
married, more or less 35 years old, medium built at about 5’8” in height), Jane Doe (female,
married, more or less 29 years old, medium built at about 5’4” in height) and Jajo Doe (male,
single, more or less 18 years old, medium built at about 5’9” in height) residents of Purok
Santan, Brgy. Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City for the crime of Violation of Section 11 of
RA 9165 committed as follows:

“That about at 11:00 pm in the evening at Purok Santan, Brgy. Tiniguiban, Puerto
Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
the above-named accused, without any lawful authority, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously have in his possession and under his custody and control Fifty
(50) kilograms of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or commonly known as “Shabu”.”
