Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Motivator

1.During my time as a professional work,


I had a particular challenge it was to
participate in a panel presented by local
television where I explained processes to
follow to teach children with disabilities.
2.I have a good competence is “to be a
creative pedagogical teacher” to teach
english in high school because current
the teens don´t like this school subjeb
however, I had some students who
learned speak english in a intermedie 1
level
3.When I was a younger child learned to
be independence to do my tasks and
familiar commitment, now, tthis quality
have helped me to have encourage to
solve all difficulties.
4.My interes is help my sons to be a good
person and to to take advantages all
good opportunities in their life
5.My professional disciline is my main
factor to have a better lifestyle every day!
6. I think that the money is necessary to
achieve all your goals but all ones must
keep in mind do´nt become greedy
7.I had get two special recognition during
my life. the first is “as a good mother”
and second is “to be the best
responsible person in my work during a
year”.
8.Nverthelles, I has difficulties to
maintaing good interpersonal relationship
because I don´t give them much of my
time and they walk away .
9.I had learned to feel safe when pray
and trust in my God and when I am in a
security places
10.The most important motivation is
doing variety activities in your life, I
advice, enjoy all momment therfore, I
always try to do differents activies alone
or companied too.
