Intern Graphic Design

Internship Responsibilities:

• Assist Graphic Designer with design of promotional web graphics, surveys, flyers, banners,
posters, invitations and other advertising and marketing materials as needed
• Update with event text, images, press release, sponsor logos, video etc.
• Assist with other graphic design needs as needed
• Create, Edit & Design Digital Social Media Content
• Produce engaging, creative visual social content (IG Feed, Story, etc.)
• Bring fresh idea concept visual for digital content in all channels
• Create content in a variety of executions, from still image / design to video.

Skills and attributes interns are expected to have:

• Graphic design major or enrolled in a related degree program


• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
• Knowledge of digital media software – Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and other
graphic design software
• Knowledge of video editing software is a plus
• Energy, with a desire to come up with fresh ideas
• Ability to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional teams
• Have a great sense for layout, typography, color and web usability
• Have Social Profile and active in social media (LinkedIn & Instagram)
Full Time – Marketing Communications Officer
Responsibilities:

Skills and attributes are expected to have:

• Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of the organization’s


marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both
external and internal with omnichannel focus.
• Develop a comprehensive marcomm strategy to enhance the brand’s image and
positioning in the market, to attract customers, and to improve traffic across all
channels.
• Familiarized with social media (LinkedIn, Website, Instagram, and Twitter).
• Initiate marketing/communications/public relations in order to achieve a marketing
goal.
• Oversee and monitor marketing programs implementation across other departments to
ensure program effectiveness.
• Review editorial, design, production, and distribution of marketing collateral proactive
team player with strategic insights, proficient in traditional and digital marketing, able
to work in multicultural & multi-department high energy work environment.
• Build and manage media partners to increase the company's brand awareness.
• Develop creative design and engage content for all campaign based on corporate
guidelines.
• Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads.
• Implementing all marketing communication activities, including but not limited to:
Sponsorship, Promotions and packages, Photo-shootings.
• Liaise with ITSEC Group Marketing for any Corporate/ Marketing/ Branding info and
updates.
• Liaise with Corporate team for all IT product promotional items.
• Can do attitude

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or campaign


management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication and related with that.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Strong management skills, as well as knowledge of industry trends, branding,
promotions, partnership/ co-branding, and media relations.
• Strong communication skills both in Bahasa and English to communicate internally and
externally.
• Basic Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect).
