Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media and public relations strategies for our agency and clients, aligning with
business goals.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Design and implement social media and PR campaigns, ad placements, and distribution strategies to increase brand
awareness and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and other team members to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews providing actionable insights.
• Handle public relations communications, press releases, and media inquiries to enhance brand reputation and
visibility.
• Analyze social media and PR data, generate monthly reports, and suggest recommendations for improvements.
The Sales and Marketing Assistant performs a variety of sales, marketing and advertising-related activities and
administrative tasks. Duties of the Sales and Marketing Assistant includes providing support to the Business
Development team, team managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general
administrative activities.
• Submission of requirements and ensuring that all client accreditations are updated.
• Update the company social media accounts, website and other online platforms.
• Creating marketing design and content to generate digital and print advertising materials.
BASTION, INC.
The Marketing Staff provides support to the Brand and Marketing Team of Bastion Inc. The position will assist the
Marketing Associate during client presentations, product demonstrations, creation of collaterals, and execution of
different marketing strategies geared towards promoting Bastion and its products and services across various channels,
both online and offline.
Qualifications/Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management, Advertising/Media, Mass
Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
Work location
• Manage the social media channels of the client (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, and Spotify)
• Set up and/or optimize company pages within each platform to increase the company's social content visibility
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking,
messaging, and audience identification.
• Analyze conversion funnels, identifying and optimizing key messaging opportunities to help attract and retain
customers.
• Mapping out a strong long term social media strategy to create brand longevity in the market
• Review site content, conversion funnels, analytics and statistics to make recommendations for new and creative
growth strategies
• Generate new ideas for social media posts and execute against them from start to finish, including occasional video
and photo editing
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) to build meaningful connections
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Prepare monthly progress reports to measure the success of social media campaign
