Hiring Social Media Manager above 5 years of experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media specialist with at least 4 years of
professional experience to join our team. Your responsibilities will include building, engaging, and
fostering relationships with our communities across various platforms. The ultimate objective of this
role is to drive customer engagement, increase website traffic, and enhance revenue through the
strategic implementation of comprehensive social media marketing initiatives.
Job Description

 Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
To be a stakeholder in helping achieve growth and activity for the Customer brand via social
media
 Produce content for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok,
LinkedIn, and YouTube.
 Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Sensible, Hootsuite and popular social
media management tools
 Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
 Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely
manner.
 Developing and managing social influencer programs
 Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
 Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
 Staying up to date on best practises and emerging trends in social media.
 Performing other duties when needed.
 Define the most important social media KPIs
 Measure the success of every social media campaign
 Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
 Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
 Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
 Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong
network
 Provide constructive feedback
 Generate, edit, publish & share engaging content daily (photo/video/text)

Required Candidate profile

 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role


 Research and analyses social media trends, including revenue generated through social
media, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
 Works with designers or product managers or other digital marketing team members to
develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other
special occasion event planning
 Actively collaborate with the Marketing, PR, Content & Catalogue management teams to
strategize and implement innovative social media campaigns.
 Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and
other social media best practices
 Develop strategies and execute the same in order to grow follower base and manage high
community engagement levels across platforms
 Ideate and execute programs to drive social conversation including conceptualizing the
social content calendar, curating content, editorial copy, planning promotions & contests,
etc.
 To write compelling captions that conform to the set brand guidelines and tone
 Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
 Measure success of every social media campaign
 Experience with doing audience and buyer personas research
 Proficient user of Google Analytics plus other social media metrics platforms/tools
 Familiarity with web design and publishing
 Excellent multi-tasking skills, able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
 Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
 Team player with good time-management skills
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
