professional experience to join our team. Your responsibilities will include building, engaging, and
fostering relationships with our communities across various platforms. The ultimate objective of this
role is to drive customer engagement, increase website traffic, and enhance revenue through the
strategic implementation of comprehensive social media marketing initiatives.
Job Description
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
To be a stakeholder in helping achieve growth and activity for the Customer brand via social
media
Produce content for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok,
LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Sensible, Hootsuite and popular social
media management tools
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely
manner.
Developing and managing social influencer programs
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Staying up to date on best practises and emerging trends in social media.
Performing other duties when needed.
Define the most important social media KPIs
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong
network
Provide constructive feedback
Generate, edit, publish & share engaging content daily (photo/video/text)
