    Generation T. Track to the Trades, which is a Lowe’s associate program under the Generation T
    movement, helps associates get the training needed to embark on a new career in the trades.

    Lowe’s is investing in your career, short-term and long-term. We offer a first-of-its-kind
    national skilled trades program, Track to the Trades, that provides thousands of Lowe’s
    associates the opportunity to launch a career in the trades. We have tracks for five key skilled
    trades: plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, electrical & HVAC.

    KEY PROGRAM FEATURES: SUPPORT AT EVERY STEP:


    • Lowe’s will pay for 100% of your tuition up front • You’ll receive a personal Guild student
    with Lowe’s in-network academic partners advisor providing ongoing support,
    • Complete your trade pathway in as little as coaching, and mentoring to ensure success
    6 to 10 months throughout your pre-apprenticeship.
    • As you approach completion, you’ll lead your
    WHO IS ELIGIBLE? search for an entry-level job or apprenticeship
    • Part-time and full-time associates qualify with support from the Generation T
    after 6 months of employment from start date marketplace, your Talent Acquisition
    • No seasonal associates are eligible Partner, and your store leadership.
