Key Qualification
Mr. Sk. Zaheer Ahamad Gori is a, 32 year old Graduate Civil Engineer with over 6 years of
professional experience for different types of Civil Engineering Works. He is well
versed with Quality Control and Quality Assurance aspects and was involved in Third
Party Quality Assurance for various minor irrigation projects like field channel, surplus
weir, aprons, sluices, bund formation and Quality Assurance of water supply improvement
scheme components like roads, reservoirs, tanks, storm water drains, U.G.D.S, pipe lines and
filtration plants. He is well conversant with the Quality procedures as per norms and
Quality Control Audits. He is involved in material testing, field survey and supervision of
work at site.

11. Detailed Tasks Assigned

• Co-ordinating the entire team, planning and modifying the work schedule, as per the
requirements.
• Reviewing the capability of the implementation staff and suggesting suitable
modifications
• Helping PIU in training sessions regarding the construction techniques and corrective
measures to be taken in the site basing on the observations.
• Preparation and Reviewing the reports that are to be submitted to PIU.

• Preparation of all reports, manuals etc as per the RFP requirement.

• Presenting the status of the project, liaison with clients, World Bank team.
• Responsible for Overall execution of this TPQ assignment, its progress and
communication to the client on the work.
• Will be attending the review meetings held by the PIU / Line departments.
• Supervising all the tasks listed in the work plan to be performed.
