Job Profile: Business Analysis, Program Management and Product Development
Designation: Product Consultant (Product Engineer)
Key Responsibilities:
● Preparing Business Requirements and Technical documentation in consultation with various
stakeholders.
● Was instrumental in the award of the Program from Stellantis and Renault.
● Key user for PLM and Change Management activities for the BU.
● Standard part user for French OEM.
● Scoping of projects in terms of functional, non-functional and technical requirements
● Replacing the current Obsolete PLM application EPIC with SIEMENS Teamcenter across
different locations of Adient in Europe and Asia.
● Lead Projects from RFQ to SOP Phase.
● Actively involved in continuous evaluation of technologies and new approaches to designs
and implementation of new PLM and IT systems for Automotive automation benefits.
● Liaison between clients and development teams during execution of projects.
● Ensured that the program achieve customer milestones and internal deliverables
● Manage scope changes, communicate internally and to customers in a timely fashion to
meet Cost/Time/Product/Quality targets.

● Develop, baseline, and maintain the program timeline and ensure the program achieves
customer milestones, internal deliverables, engineering deadlines and plant start-up.
● Meet launch performance targets.
● Ensure that suppliers are prepared for launch via Supplier Advanced Quality Planning
procedure and by working closely with the Advanced Quality Engineer.
● Conduct Program Reviews and Phase Exit / Gate Reviews on a regular basis, ensure
participation by relevant sponsor and stakeholders, report summary program status on
monthly basis and ensure program documentation in the system.
● Conducting Sprint reviews & retrospective meetings, updating product backlog.
● Prioritizing the tasks based on current client requirements, and assigning the team with high priority
tasks for customer milestones.
