a) Start up procedure b) Inspection Procedure

1. Take the OK sample and then insert the sample into the coil then
1. To check that sample is hardness variation or chemical segregation.
press NULL button.
2. First we find two samples of Respective component, one is OK sample and
2. After that take the NOT OK sample to check the difference.
another one is NOT OK sample.

3. We need a coil probe for that respective sample. 3. Then we start inspection.

4. Then we make a new setup for that sample on Nortec machine. 4. The OK part have to arrange in separate tray.

5. After that we need to check the particular coil probe & setup is segregate 5. Is there any NOT OK part found, then have to place it in separate
the two samples. Once we get effective result then we start inspection. Tray.

6. After completion of ECT testing, Put tag for accepted qty &
rejected qty.

EQIPMENTS & ACCESSORIES: Tag identification :

1. Olympus Nortec machine. *Green - Accepted job
2. Coil probe. *Red - Rejected Job
3. Probe Cable.
4. OK & NOT OK sample

Safety:
At work station use ear plugs , gloves , and safety shoes
