1. Obtain an approved Work Permit before commencing activities. 

PREPARATION/ISOLATION

2. Check that the equipment tags are as detailed on work order sheet/work permit.  

INSPECTION ACTIVITY

3. Clean and inspect the latch system test all screws and nuts are tight

4. Test all screws and nuts on the panic bar are tight (if fitted).

5. Inspect the door for damage to paintwork 
6. Sign off work permit. 

REPAIR WORK

7. Is repair work or corrective action required ? YES  NO 

8. Has a Work Order been raised ? YES  NO 
