PRECAUTIONS
Note: Tick boxes to indicate completion.

1. Obtain an approved Work Permit before commencing activities. 

2. Eye protection must be worn when disconnecting or reconnecting charged FM200 bottles. 
Note: This procedure is intended ONLY for fully trained personnel, familiar with the FM200 system.
PREPARATION/ISOLATION

3. Check that the equipment tags are as detailed on work order sheet/work permit. 


MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY

4. Visually inspect all cylinders for corrosion, leakage or damage in accordance with NFPA 2001.

5. Record date of inspection on cylinder tag.
Note: (mark an ‘E’ after the retest date to indicate that the required hydrotest was not carried out
because the cylinder was under pressure and therefore exempt from the hydrotest).  
6. Replace all damaged or corroded cylinders. 
7. Sign off the Work Permit. 
