Thesis statement: In managing businesses conflicts are sure to arise. This means that business managers require the necessary skills and training to effectively resolve
conflicts at the workplace to avoid serious and consequential damage to the business. The knowledge of conflict resolution is mandatory for every aspiring business
manager. In this essay, we take a deep dive into why conflicts arise in the business in the first place and the skills and factors necessary to resolve the conflicts.
