For  your work today as evaluation :  

There were ten work assignments given.  From each  assignment, choose one
modern trend  which you  believe  can greatly help you in your work as a teacher.

State the reason as to why you have chosen it. Just select only one trend in
every work assignment.  I have a copy of the list of those trends. so i will know if you 
have taken  more than one
from one work assignment.
  
     There are  ten trends to be submitted.  Kindly submit them during the week
of from June 6 to June 12. 

Assignment #1 – My Autobiography

Assignment #2 – Trend #1 - Cooperative Learning

When we use cooperative learning, groups also have some flexibility to pull small
groups and work with individual students or small ability groups during the lesson time.
This can arguably be a great advantage for us teacher with a classroom of 30 students.
There may be a need to work more closely with the 4 or 5 students who have the
highest learning gaps. Allowing students to independently work in small groups gives us
the opportunity to work with those individuals on targeted gaps. Use of cooperative
groups can allow for differentiation of instruction, depending on how we decides to
establish them.

Assignment #3 –Trend #2 - Modern Trends in Education

One thing educators need more of is a flexible way to gain the knowledge and skills
they need to do their jobs better. Online learning encourages this by offering a variety of
schedules and times for asynchronous and synchronous learning. I choose this modern
trends also because there is no travelling cost as we teachers can work and teach from
home.

Assignment #4 – Trend #3- Blended Learning

I choose Blended learning classes because it’s offer flexibility for us teachers in how we
present material for online class and for students in the pace and variety of the learning
approaches they experience.

Assignment #5 – Trend #4 - Flipped Learning

And as time goes on, flipped instruction benefits us teachers who can make better use

of our own time and resources to do progressively more each year. By flipping, we
teachers can: Save time by creating basic lecture content once and sharing it with
multiple class segments for subsequent years.

Assignment #6 – Trend #5 - Learning with Technologies

With countless online resources, technology can help improve teaching. We can use

different apps or trusted online resources to enhance the traditional ways
of teaching and to keep students more engaged. Virtual lesson plans, grading software
and online assessments can help us save a lot time.

Assignment #7 – Trend #6 – Lesson Study

Lesson study helps us teachers to improve by focusing on collaboratively planning and

revising a single lesson. There's a form of cogent professional development that
requires us to collaboratively create, participate in, and reflect on a lesson.

Assignment #8 – Tend #7 - Wireless Presentation Technologies

The use of wireless presentation Technologies helps teachers to easily find project
materials from a computer or a mobile phone rather than the use of a hard-wired
connection like a projector. Thanks to widespread connectivity and readily available
smart devices, teachers can engage in learning from almost any location without
worrying about potential infection due to in-person attendance. And again,
wireless means reduced touch – and thus lowered concerns over possible
contagion.

Assignment #9 – Trend #8 - Exam Management Revolution

I choose this trend because it saves our valuable time which we can utilize in other key
activities. Exam Management tools help us in Planning the Exam, Creating Question
Paper, Question banks with their solutions, Exam results, and lastly the grading.

Assignment #10. – Trend #9 - Increased instructional technology

Before the rise of Educational Technology, teachers spent long hours creating lesson
plans and grading papers. With technology and the internet, we teachers can find
lesson plans and free materials online. Plus, apps and programs designed to grade
student work can save even more time.

Assignment #10. – Trend #10 - Increased professionalism of Teacher.

It is particularly important for school administrators in the field of primary and secondary
education management to enable professional development for us teachers, not only to
give our students the best learning results but also to be more effective and fulfilled
throughout various other aspects of our job as educators.

Implementing the advancement of professional education has advantages for both

teachers and students, but, most significantly, it helps us become better educators and
grow into qualified future school administrators. Ultimately professional development for
teachers helps a teacher overcome all the significant obstacles we faces in the
classroom and is an ideal way to build a classroom of dreams!
