Guidelines for Prepare Manuscript to MTT
All manuscripts need to be prepared in the latest version
of MS office word. Following the guidelines given
below. Authors are suggested to submit the manuscript
prepared at the guidelines via E-mail: mtt.cmti@nic.in.

The article not prepared in prescribed font & guidelines
would return to the author for resubmission.
Criteria for consideration of manuscripts:
Authors to submit Technical papers / short communication
discussing various aspects of Manufacturing Technology
including innovations, original research work, experimental
investigations, best industrial practices and case studies
are invited for publication
Title: The title should be concise and reflect the entire
work of the submitted manuscript. Names of all authors
need to be mentioned below the title. Affiliation of
each author should be identified by superscript Indo
Arabic numerals. Author for correspondence should be
indicated by asterisk. Provide full address including
e-mail, fax, and telephone number of Author for
correspondence.
Abstract: Every article is to be provided with the abstract
in one paragraph, not exceeding 150 words. It should
should clearly state the purpose of the work, methods
used, key findings and major conclusion drawn from
the work.
Keywords: The author(s) should provide four to six
keywords.
Font: The Font should be CALIBRI, 11 point, Text should
be Justified.
Spacing: Text should be Single Spacing.
Heading and sub heading: The paper is to be organized
under smooth flowing headings, subheadings and
sub-subheadings.
• All main headings are to be serially numbered as
1, 2, 3,…
• All subheadings are to be numbered as 1.1, 1.2,
1.3,…..2.1, 2.2, 2.3,… etc.
• All sub-subheadings are to be numbered as 1.11, 1.12,
1.13, ….2.11, 2.12, 2.13…etc.
Tables: Tables should supplement and should not
duplicate the information contained in the text. The
tables should be numbered consecutively in Indo-Arabic
numerals (1,2,3, etc).
Illustration: All figures, drawings, graphs are to be
printed in black on a clear white back ground. Figures,
drawings and graphs are to be submitted in JPEG format
with a resolution of at least 300 dpi and are to be are to
be numbered as Fig. 1, Fig. 2…
Mathematical equations and functions can be prepared
by MS Equation Editor or MathType. Select Object on the
Text section of the Insert tab and then select MathType/
Equation Editor in the drop-down menu. Equations are to
be numbered as (1)
Author Biography: Biographies of each author within
150 words (including the author photos) should include
educational background, research field, and published
papers and patents, etc.
References:
The references should follow the APA (American
Psychological Association) style and all cited documents
must be listed in a single alphabetical list at the end of
the paper.
