There is no electromagnetic braking function on CPI, CPIK and CPIC-II inverter configuration PMS.
3 技术解决方案 Technical Solution
CPI 系列、CPIK 系列、CPIC-II 系列变频器增加封星功能。

Add electromagnetic braking function on CPI, CPIK and CPIC-II inverter.
3.1 封星功能解决方案 Solution for Electromagnetic Brake Function

控制柜内增加 K06.2 接触器，当电梯停止时，K06.2 将短接曳引机 U、V、W 三相，实现封星功能。
Add a contactor K06.2 in the controller, When elevator stops, K06.2 will short the three phase of motor U,V,W, which
realize electromagnetic braking function.
3.2 整改前准备 Perpare for Rectification
安全提示：将主电源 380VAC、控制电源 220VAC 切断，使用万用表直流档测量，CPI 系列变频器

等待主端子 X1 上“○
＋UZ”和“○
－UZ”间电压小于 24V，CPIK 系列变频器等待主端子 X1 上“21(P+)”和“23(N-)”
间电压小于 24V，CPIC-II 系列变频器等待主端子上“○
＋2”和“○
－”间电压小于 24V。
Safe Notice: Turn off the main power (3 ph, 380V AC) and control power (1 ph, 220V AC), CPI inverter is waiting for

3.5 整改过程 Rectification Process

3.5.1 整改前准备工作 Preparation Work
a）根据现场实际情况，按照表 1 或者表 2 认真核对，确认材料正确；
According to the actual situation, check Table 1 & Table 2, confirm the material.
b）将电梯呼至一楼候客厅，确认所有乘客已经离开轿厢后，在候客厅厅门前放置安全围栏，并在轿厢中放置安
全警示牌；
Call the car to the first of landing hall, Placing the safety fence in front of the landing hall after releasing all the
passengers, and add safety warning sign in car.
c）至机房，使用对讲机呼叫轿厢，再次确认轿厢中没有乘客后，将控制柜上紧急电动运行开关 S01 旋转至“紧

急电动运行”状态；
Go to the machine room, confirming that there is no passengers in the car by intercom, then rotate the switch(S01)
to the “electric emergency operation "state.
d）按照《TKEC 员工安全手册》第五章中的“上锁挂牌使用步骤”进行上锁挂牌作业；
According to the "TKEC employee safety manual", which in the fifth chapter: "lock listing use steps" for the lock
listing operation.
e）请遵循售后服务和安全部门的其他安全规定，若有疑问，请进一步联系蒂森克虏伯电梯中国。
Please follow the Service and Safety Department’s requiremtns about safety opearation. If you have questions,

3.5.2 安装固定 Installation and Fix
a）如图 1 所示，在控制柜底板上合适位置开孔φ3.5，并用六角法兰面螺母和紧固件组合固定卡轨。将接触器
K06.2 固定在卡轨上。
Punch holes (φ3.5) on proper positions of controller soleplate, and fix clamping rail with hexagon nut with flange
and fastener assy. Fix contactor K06.2 on the clamping rail.

b）在控制柜底板上合适位置开孔φ3.5，并用六角法兰面螺母和紧固件组合固定整流桥。

3.5.3 电气接线(使用施耐德封星接触器) Electrical Wiring (Use Schneider Contactor)
a）按线缆上号码套管标识并依据图 2 接线，确保接线正确、牢靠。
Connect wires according to the mark on conduits and Figure 2, and confirm the wires correct and firm.

d）使用 CPI 系列和 CPIK 系列变频器的主回路按线缆上号码套管标识并依据图 5 接线，确保接线正确、牢靠。
Connect wires of the main circuit that use the CPI series and CPIK series inverter according to the mark on conduits
and Figure 5, and confirm the wires correct and firm.

使用 CPIC-II 系列变频器的主回路按线缆上号码套管标识并依据图 6 接线，确保接线正确、牢靠。
Connect wires of the main circuit that use the CPIC-II series inverter according to the mark on conduits and Figure 6,
and confirm the wires correct and firm.

3.5.4 电气接线(使用西门子封星接触器) Electrical Wiring (Use Siemens Contactor)
a）按线缆上号码套管标识并依据图 7 接线，确保接线正确、牢靠。

d）使用 CPI 系列和 CPIK 系列变频器的主回路按线缆上号码套管标识并依据图 10 接线，确保接线正确、牢靠。
Connect wires of the main circuit that use the CPI series and CPIK series inverter according to the mark on conduits
and Figure 10, and confirm the wires correct and firm.

使用 CPIC-II 系列变频器的主回路按线缆上号码套管标识并依据图 11 接线，确保接线正确、牢靠。
Connect wires of the main circuit that use the CPIC-II series inverter according to the mark on conduits and Figure
11, and confirm the wires correct and firm.

3.5.5 检查电梯运行 Check Elevator Running
a）确认接线无误后，再次确认控制柜上紧急电动运行开关 S01 已经旋转至“紧急电动运行”状态；
After the rectification with right connection, reconfirm the switch(S01) to the “electric emergency operation"state.
b）封星功能确认，使用手动机械松闸装置，人为松开曳引机制动器，确认曳引轮缓慢旋转，确认完毕后，
恢复原状。
Electromagnetic braking function confirming, use the manual mechine brake-releaseing device, artifical loosen the
brake of T/M, make sure that the traction wheel can be run slowly, after the confirmation, restore the original state.
c）打开控制柜总开关 Q00 上的安全锁，移除锁、挂牌及挂锁机构，重新合上 Q00，测试电梯紧急电动运行正

常后，进行下一步操作；
Open the safety lock of switch(Q00) in the controller, and removie the lock, listing and padlock mechanism, pull the
switch(Q00), make sure that the elevator can be run under the electric emergency operation.
d）将控制柜上紧急电动运行开关 S01 旋转至“正常”状态，确认电梯能正常运行后，进行下一步操作；
Rotate the switch(S01) to the “normal" state, make sure that the elevator can be run in the normal operation.
e）操作电梯空载快车（正常）运行，登记电梯运行指令，使 K06.2 不能吸合（拆除 K06.2 线圈控制接线），电

梯无法运行，TCM 系统报“7200”故障；
Turn to normal mode without load, register car call instruction, and make K06.2 can’t close (remove K06.2 coil control
wiring), elevator system will keep stop with TCM system error code ‘7200‘.
f）恢复 K06.2 线圈控制接线后，操作电梯空载快车运行，模拟接触器 K06.2 触点黏连，停车后电梯应无法再次

启动运行，TCM 系统报“7100”故障；
Recover K06.2 coil control wiring, operate the elevator in normal mode without load. Simulate the situation that
contacts of K06.2 cannot open, elevator further movement of the car should be prevented with TCM system error
code ‘7100‘.
g）操作电梯空载快车上下运行若干次（建议 30 次左右），确认电梯无故障；
Run elevator up and down for several times in normal mode without load, ensure system has no fault.
h）在随机文件中放入图纸《主拖动电路图》、《安全回路电路图》和《主控制回路电路图》。
Attach the drawing ‘Traction Circuit‘ ,‘Safety Circuit‘& ‘Travel Contactors Circuit‘ to the random file into the
randwom files.
i）将此次整改内容记入现场《维修保养记录表》中；
Record this rectification in the maintenance table.
j）至候客厅，将安全围栏及轿厢中安全警示牌收回，恢复电梯使用。
Go to the landing hall, recover the elevator after taking back the safety warning signs and the safety fence.

5 备注 Notes
5.1 后续工作注意事项 Follow-up Work Attention

封星功能加装完毕后，必须每三个月进行一次封星功能的验证，参照以下步骤进行；
Electromagnetic braking function after the install, must be conducted once every three months verification of
electromagnetic braking function. With reference to the following steps.
a) 将电梯呼至一楼候客厅，确认所有乘客离开轿厢后，在候客厅厅门前放置安全围栏，并在轿厢中放置安
全警示牌；
Call the car to the first of landing hall, Placing the safety fence in front of the landing hall after releasing all the
passengers, and add safety warning sign in car.
b) 至机房，用对讲机呼叫轿厢，再次确认轿厢中没有乘客后，将控制柜上紧急电动运行开关 S01 旋转至

“紧急电动运行”状态；
Go to the machine room, confirming that there is no passengers in the car by intercom, then rotate the switch(S01)
to the “electric emergency operation "state.

pull the switch(Q00), make sure that the elevator can be run under the electric emergency operation.
g) 将控制柜上紧急电动运行开关 S01 旋转至“正常”状态，确认电梯能正常运行后，进行下一步操作；
Rotate the switch(SAP) to the “normal" state, make sure that the elevator can be run in the normal operation.

h) 操作电梯空载快车上下运行若干次（建议 30 次左右），确认电梯无故障；
Run elevator up and down for several times in normal mode without load, ensure system has no fault.
i) 至候客厅，将安全围栏及轿厢中安全警示牌收回，恢复电梯使用。
Go to the landing hall, recover the elevator after taking back the safety warning signs and the safety fence.
5.2 具备 ARD 功能的控制柜注意事项 Controller Notes with ARD Function

a) 本指引只适用于严格按照 PDC 标准配置的 ARD 功能的电梯(在 ARD 模式下，电梯仍由 TCM 系统进行控
制)。ARD 装置的信息如下表 4 所示；
This guide is only applicable to in strict accordance with the PDC standard configuration ARD function of elevator
(the elevator is still controlled by TCM system at ARD mode), ARD device information please see table4.

产品整改指引——有机房主机追加封星功能（aa 版）已发布数月，在此期间收到一些分公司现场问题反馈。
本附录整理收录了这些现场问题反馈及解决方案。
“R000055291(Ver. aa): Technical Instruction for Product Rectification – Add Electromagnetic Braking Function for
MR T/M” has been released for months. After months of Field implementation, some issues have been reported from
branch companies. This file is released to provide supplementary instruction for these common issues raised by branches.
1. 问题类型：工地上的控制柜配置 ARD 功能（北京&郑州&南昌&广州）
Issue: The controller is equipped with ARD function on the jobsites ( Beijing & Zhengzhou &
Nanchang)
问题描述 Issue Description：
003 北京：数个项目配置了 ARD 功能，但现场人员无法确定 ARD 是否为标准配置。

Beijing: Some projects are configured with ARD function, but field personnel can‘t ensure the specification
whether it is standard.
006 郑州：工地上配置的 ARD 功能与整改指引要求相冲突。在断电时，ARD 和封星接触器会造成短路。
Zhengzhou: The ARD function on the jobsites conflict with the technical instruction. Short circuit will occur
between ARD and MG contactor when power supply is cut off.
007 南昌：工地上配置的 ARD 功能与整改指引要求相冲突。在断电时，ARD 和封星接触器会造成短路。
Nanchang: The ARD function on the jobsites conflict with the technical instructio. Short circuit will occur between
ARD and MG contactor when power supply is cut off.
010 广州：分公司自行采购的断电平层装置与整改指引方案冲突。
Guangzhou: The power-off levelling device purchased by branch conflict with the technical instructio.
解决方案 Solution：
1) 本指引只适用于严格按照 PDC 标准配置的 ARD 功能的电梯（在 ARD 模式下，电梯仍由 TCM 系统进行

控制）。ARD 装置的相关信息请查询如下技术条件：
This guide is only applicable to in strict accordance with the PDC standard configuration ARD function of elevator
( the elevator is still controlled by TCM system at ARD mode), ARD device information please consult the technical
conditions as follows,

2) 本指引不适用其他配置的非标 ARD 电梯。
For the non-standard ARD solution provided by other parties ( the elevator is controlled by ARD system at ARD
mode), currenty this technical instruction is Not suitable.
2. 问题类型：工地上的电气原理图与整改指引的设计有冲突（广州&南宁&天津）
Issue: The electrical circuit drawings on jobsites are different from the drawings of the technical
instrction (Guangzhou & Nanning & Tianjin):
2.1 问题描述 Issue Description：
001 广州：封星设计是用 K01.1 的 83，84 控制 K06.2，但是广州工地现场已使用该点控制 K07。

Guangzhou: The wires of K01.1-83 and K01.1-84 are designed to control K06.2 control circuit, but they have
been used to control K07 on some Guangzhou jobsites.
004 南宁： K06，K06.1，K01.1 的实际接线与 PCI 设计方案不符。K06 和 K06.1 没有多余的辅助触头，且
其 53、54 均已占用，K01.1 的 83、84 也已占用。
Nanning: The actual wirings of K06, K06.1 and K01.1 differ from the PCI requirement. Some wires have been
occupied on jobsites: K06-53, K06-54, K06.1-53, K06.1-54, K01.1-83, K01.1-84.
1) 如图 2-1 和图 2-2，拆除 K06-53 和 K01.1-84 上的接线，连接至 K06.2 线圈控制回路，确保接线正确、

牢靠；
Remove the wires of K06-53 and K01.1-84, then connect them to the K06.2 coil control circuit (Figure 2-1 &
Figure 2-2). And then confirm the wires are corrected and firmed;
2) 其余部分仍按本指引处理。

2.2 问题描述 Issue Description：
002 天津：按照电气原理图，正确的接法如下：
Tianjin: According to the electrical circuit drawing, the normal wiring forms are:
① K06-22 应接到 K06.1-21；
K06-22 should be connected with K06.1-21;
② K06.1-14 应接到 K01.1-53。
K06.1-14 should be connected with K01.1-53.
但我们发现数个项目的控制柜实际接线与电气原理图不符：
But we have found there are several projects that have wiring differences:
① K06-22 接到 K06.1-22；
K06-22 is connected with K06.1-22;
② K06.1-13 接到 K01.1-53。
K06.1-13 is connected with K01.1-53.
1) 根据工厂发放的电气原理图，修正控制柜的接线；
To re-wiring the controller cables according to the factory electrical drawing;
2) 其余部分仍按本指引处理。
The rest part of the instruction please follow this technical instruction.

3. 问题类型：现场电梯安装带有能量反馈功能的变频器（合肥）：
Issue: The inverters on jobsites are with energy feedback function (Hefei):
005 合肥：合肥要素大市场的梯台为非标配置，带有能量反馈功能。
Hefei: The inverters on Yaosu Supermarket are non-standard with energy feedback function.
依据工地人员提供的电气原理图，初步判断可以按照本指引加装封星功能，但需要 PDC 及相关人员至现场

进行验证确认后，实施加装；
According to the electrical circuit drawing provided by field personnel, this project can be added with
electromagnetic braking function according to this technical instrction.
4. 问题类型：封星接触器无法在控制柜中固定（北京）：
Issue: The contactor could not be fixed on the controller (Beijing):
008 北京 Beijing：
① 封星接触器无法在控制柜底板固定；
The contactor can not be fixed on the soleplate of the controller;
② 固定卡规与封星接触器尺寸不匹配（型号：LP1D40008MD）（如图 4-1）；
The fix guide rail is not suitable with the contactor (LP1D40008MD type); (Figure 4-1);
③ 封星接触器不能固定在控制柜右上角，因为相关电缆长度不够（如图 4-2）。
MG contactor is not available on the top right corner because of the insufficient length of relevant
cable .(Figure 4-2)

封星接触器（型号：LP1D40008MD）可以固定在控制柜侧板上（如图 4-3），采用螺丝、螺母（3 组）固定

封星接触器（如图 4-4）。
MG contactor (LP1D40008MD type) can be installed on the side plate of controller (Figure 4-3), we can use three
screws and three nuts to fix the contactor (Figure 4-4).

5. 问题类型：电梯变频器端标注如果加装封星接触器，需要加延时电路（CPIC-II 类型变频器）（宁
波）
Issue: Caution on the inverter notes that time-delay circuit is needed if there is MG contactor (CPIC-
II Inverter) (Ningbo)
009 宁波：宁波青少年宫的电梯在变频器端标注如果加装封星接触器，需要加延时电路（如图 5-1）。

Ningbo: The inverters on Ningbo Children’s Palace notes that time-delay circuit is needed if there is MG
contactor (Figure 5-1).

针对现场使用 CPIC-II 变频器，接线端子上面的告示仅仅是提醒作用，该款 CPIC-II 变频器加装封星接触器，

没有延时电路，这种配置已经经过验证，没有出现故障，可以按照本指引执行，加装封星接触器。
For CPIC-II inverter, please add MG circuit according to this technical instruction.

a） 根据现场实际情况，按照表 1 或者表 2 认真核对，确认材料正确；

c） 至机房，使用对讲机呼叫轿厢，再次确认轿厢中没有乘客后，将控制柜上紧急电动运行开关 S01 旋转至“紧

a）确认接线无误后，再次确认控制柜上紧急电动运行开关 S01 已经旋转至“紧急电动运行”状态；

c）打开控制柜总开关 Q00 上的安全锁，移除锁、挂牌及挂锁机构，重新合上 Q00，测试电梯紧急电动运行正

d）将控制柜上紧急电动运行开关 S01 旋转至“正常”状态，确认电梯能正常运行后，进行下一步操作；

e）操作电梯空载快车（正常）运行，登记电梯运行指令，使 K06.2 不能吸合（拆除 K06.2 线圈控制接线），电

f）恢复 K06.2 线圈控制接线后，操作电梯空载快车运行，模拟接触器 K06.2 触点黏连，停车后电梯应无法再次
