GUIDELINES ON THE SUBMISSION OF GRADUATION PHOTO FOR THE

PANICLE OF TAU GRADUATES- BATCH 2020

Note: This guideline is intended for TAU Graduates- Batch 2020 who failed to appear on the
scheduled picture taking last December 2021.

To ensure the submission of a correct photo, the graduates should adhere to the following
guidelines:

 The graduate must wear the proper academic gown (toga), hood and cap tassel prescribed
for the degree program.

For High School:

Junior High School - White school uniform
Senior High School- White plain toga & cap
For College: (Black Toga)
College of Engineering and Technology- Red Hood and Tassel
College of Education- Blue Hood and Tassel
College of Veterinary Medicine- Gray Hood and Tassel
College of Business and Management- Yellow Hood and Tassel
College of Arts and Science - White Hood and Tassel
College of Agriculture & Forestry- Green Hood and Tassel
Certificate of Agricultural Science, Certificate of Animal Science, and Certificate
of Home Technology- Black Toga and cap only

(Please refer to the attached sample pictures)

 The graduate must wear formal attire under the academic gown (toga). Polo/Long sleeves
with tie (men), appropriate blouse/dress (women)
 For the cap photo, the tassel should hang from the graduate’s right side.
 The background should be a dark green to black gradient.
 The photos must not look too “photoshopped”. While airbrushing is allowed to remove
blemishes. It should not be overly done that the skin texture looks artificial.
 The photos must be in high resolution. Should be taken for 8x10 and wallet size printing
ready, no border.

than April 18, 2022.
 Graduates may have their photo taken at any studios as long as the guidelines are strictly
followed.
