Best Possible Self

In this next activity, we want you to be as creative as you can be. You can use any kind of
writing style you want. Don’t worry about spelling or grammar, but focus on being as descriptive
and detailed as possible.

Take a moment and imagine your life at 40 years of age. Things have gone as well as you
possibly could have hoped.

What will you be doing? Why?

On my 40th birthday, I would have the best possible party ever. I would rent out movies
and buy games to have the most fun possible with my family and bestfriends. My mom cooked
my favorite food, mole, and my friends had bought the best cake they found in the bakery store
and I will have my own family of wife and 2 children. Since the death of my beloved grandma, I
changed, I feel that I changed for good though, it opened my eyes and I started to see the world
in a new perspective, along the way I have discovered my weaknesses and strengths. I
concluded that I honestly want to have lots of fun, receive lots and give lots of love to my close
ones. Always united, always happy.

Who will be in your life? Why?

My mom and dad will surely be there, old but there. My parents have always told me that they
will not let my hand go until they feel I am ready, honestly isn’t that what every parent does
though? I feel that they will be there to support me whenever I have a problem and that I will
keep making them proud.

What will be most important to you? Why?

The most important would be my children, because I would want to give them
everything I could possibly give, I would want to give everything that I created
along my lifetime, so that they could start from that and create something
even bigger and so on until my blood line has reached the maximum
improvements possible.
● What will you be doing professionally or in your career? I would have
created models and prototypes to homes.
● What will you be most passionate about? I would be passionate about
creation, I would create useful objects or art.
● What matters most in the long-term? I think that knowledge is more what
matters the most, since I would desire to pass on my experiences of life
to the new generations so that they could keep making the world a
better place, so that they could reach new boundaries. If you think about
it, everything that we have now is due to the knowledge inheritance, if
we were able to send a human to the moon, imagine where our next
generations will be traveling to.
● How could your long-term goals and priorities affect others? I could say
that people that I meet along the way will learn from me and I will learn
from them. My goals could influence them and their goals may change
my perspective and modify my goals.
Use the textbox to write your response to each of the questions asked.

Create Your Temporary Tattoo

When you get a tattoo, you have to choose the design carefully. You’re going to
have this image on your body permanently, after all! Imagine you want a tattoo that
symbolizes the thing that matters most to you. You want your tattoo to remind
you—daily—of what you hope to accomplish with your life. You want it to be a
symbol of the way you’re going to leave your mark.

With that in mind, take some time to think about the kind of person you hope to
become and the things that matter most to you. Briefly describe these in the textbox.

Now, design a tattoo that symbolizes the things you wrote about. Your tattoo should
represent what is most important to you. Spend some time thinking about symbols or
drawings that represent what matters most to you. Choose something you think will
be meaningful to you for the rest of your life.

Remember this is about what matters to YOU.

Please complete this activity, even if you do not like tattoos.

Please use the textbox to describe your tattoo. Be as specific as possible. You can
describe the shapes, sizes, colors, and significance behind each symbol.
