In this next activity, we want you to be as creative as you can be. You can use any kind of
writing style you want. Don’t worry about spelling or grammar, but focus on being as descriptive
and detailed as possible.
Take a moment and imagine your life at 40 years of age. Things have gone as well as you
possibly could have hoped.
When you get a tattoo, you have to choose the design carefully. You’re going to
have this image on your body permanently, after all! Imagine you want a tattoo that
symbolizes the thing that matters most to you. You want your tattoo to remind
you—daily—of what you hope to accomplish with your life. You want it to be a
symbol of the way you’re going to leave your mark.
With that in mind, take some time to think about the kind of person you hope to
become and the things that matter most to you. Briefly describe these in the textbox.
Now, design a tattoo that symbolizes the things you wrote about. Your tattoo should
represent what is most important to you. Spend some time thinking about symbols or
drawings that represent what matters most to you. Choose something you think will
be meaningful to you for the rest of your life.
