MANIFESTATION

COMES NOW, Plaintiff, unto this Honorable Court, most

respectfully avers THAT:

1. Plaintiff is in receipt of the Order dated September 22, 2021 granting

the Motion for Execution and further directing the issuance of a Writ
of Execution implementing the Decision of this Honorable Court
Dated 10, 2020 in this instant case;

2. On February 1, 2021, Defendant paid the amount of Six Thousand

Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P6,350.00). Defendant further paid the
amount of Eighteen Thousand Pesos (P18,000.00) last March 4, 2021;

3. Finally, on October 11, 2021, Defendant paid the remaining amount

of Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Pesos (P49,780.00) as
full payment of her obligation; and

4. As to date, the obligation of the Defendant based on the compromise

agreement executed is already fully paid.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, Plaintiff prays to this

Honorable Court that this Manifestation be noted upon.
