JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, MARIA TERESA M. LALIC and JOCELYN LALIC ALMEDILLA both
Filipinos of legal ages, married and residents of Purok 5, Concepcion, Montevista,
Davao de Oro and Purok 3, Concepcion, Montevista, Davao de Oro, Philippines,
respectively, having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose
and state THAT:

1.) We both personally know GINALYN GUINAMAY PRIAS for she was our
childhood friends and neighbor;

2.) When she got married to Reynaldo P. Prias on December 29 1995 at Saint
Joseph Parish, Montevista, Davao, she chose to use her husband’s
surname “PRIAS”.

3.) From then on she has been using “GINALYN GUINAMAY PRIAS” in all her
documents, dealings and other transactions;

4.) We declare that GINALYN AYUCAN GUINAMAY and GINALYN

GUINAMAY PRIAS are one and the same person;

5.) We are not related to GINALYN GUINAMAY PRIAS, by consanguinity nor

by affinity; and

6.) We are voluntarily executing this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth and
veracity of the foregoing statements and to apprise the proper authorities
concerned on the matter for their information, guidance and for whatever
legal purpose/s this may serve best.
