 SYMPTOMS APPENDICITIS
Dela : Assalammualaikum, Good morning.
Wahyu : Walaikumssalam. Morning
Dela : What is your name miss?
Wahyu : My name is Wahyu Dwi
Dela : Can you tell me your place of birth?
Wahyu : Kendal, 06 July 2001
Dela : Ok Miss Wahyu, introduce me nurse Dela, the nurse who is on duty today from
seven in the morning until two in the afternoon, miss here, I will ask about the
complaints and symtoms you feel, the time is five minutes, are you willing?
Wahyu : Yes ready nurse dela.
Dela : What are you complaining about?
Wahyu : I feel pain around my navel
Dela : Where do you feel it?
Wahyu :I feel pain around here (in the lower right spot of my abdomen)
Dela : What is it like? Is it sharp, dull, stabbing, aching?
Wahyu : I feel a sharp pain.
Dela : I checked first, miss her stomach
Wahyu : Don't touch my stomach, it increases my pain
Dela : Do you feel feverish?
Wahyu : Yes, I feel feverish
Dela : Do you feel nausea?
Wahyu : Yes, I feel nausea
Dela : Do you feel Vomit?
Wahyu : Yes,I feel vomit
Dela : What was the worst it has been?
Wahyu : I lose my appetite and I vomit frequently after meals
Dela : When did you first notice it?
Wahyu : I have recurrent pain in my lower part of my stomach
Dela : Does it occur in a particular place or under certain circumstances?
Wahyu: It becomes more painful if I do the squatting bowel motion
Dela : Ok Miss Wahyu these are signs and symptoms of appendicitis. For further
examination, the doctor will examine you and give medication later.
Wahyu : Ok Nurse Thank you
Dela : Ok, I'll say goodbye, if you have a complaint, you can call me via the bell above.
And miss is waiting to be examined by a doctor.At ten o'clock in the morning I will be
here again with the doctor to check my health condition
