Nature of the Position

The Associate PPH Officer will be supporting on matters pertaining to in-kind contributions from the private sector, shepherding donations through
the GIK process including logistics facilitation, tracking, and income recording which implies coordination between PSP fundraisers, UNHCR
operations, Supply and technical colleagues at HQ and concerned donors. The incumbent is expected to coordinate with the rest of the GIK team
and PPH account managers, programme and supply colleagues in field operations, the communication team, and UNHCR technical divisions to
support the holistic growth of the relationship with specific partners for the benefit of UNHCR and our people of concern. It is expected that the
incumbent will have a good understanding of Gifts-in-Kind, including some knowledge of the relevant UNHCR procedures as well as a broader
sense of private sector fundraising techniques. Experience in MSRP finance/supply chain module, logistics facilitation and field support preferred.
